• Lean proteins and fish (like salmon for valuable Omega-3s), or

• Beans (including lentils),

include some in your dog’s daily diet. Other natural disease-fighting foods your dog can enjoy with you include flaxseed, chia seeds or psyllium along with fruits in moderation like blueberries, strawberries and bananas.

#4: IMPROVING BODY AND MIND FITNESS
